Nature Bathing

Nature Bathing offers Nature Play programmes integrated with mindfulness practises for urban citizens especially students to de-stress, enhance social relationships, reflect on life and learn about environmental conservation.WE aim to tackle the stress problem of Hong Kong citizens, especially students. Over 2 years (8/2015-10/2017), there were 74 cases of student suicide. 1 in 2 secondary school students shows symptoms of depression, and more than 30% of Hong Kong citizens suffer from emotional distress.
