Label Usage – SEE MARK

The label and Certificate may be posted up and shown to the customers and public at the social enterprise outlets.
“SEE Mark”may be printed on the advertisements and promotional materials including website, social networking sites, such as Facebook, Email, annual report, newsletter or business card etc. provided that all materials are legal, truthful, reliable and do not contain any contents of discrimination, defamatory, illegal or immoral nature.
The label shall last only during the validity of its endorsement. Social enterprise who is expired or awaiting result shall not use SEE Mark until official notification.
In case of any improper use of the SEE Mark, HKGCSE, at sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the label usage or withdraw or revoke the SEE Mark endorsement that has been presented or awarded. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKGCSE shall be final and binding in all respects.
