With approximately 75% of Hong Kong\u2019s land designated as countryside, our city is uniquely positioned to harness nature as a powerful resource for relaxation, stress relief, and the restoration of happiness and well-being.\r\n\r\nFounded in 2017, the social enterprise Nature Bathing is dedicated to reconnecting people with nature (Reconnection) and enhancing holistic well-being (Revitalization) through innovative nature-based approaches. Our evidence-based interventions integrate nature play, sensory experiences, and nature-inspired arts to support mental, emotional, and physical health. We also provide well-being consultancy services and design sustainable programs for a wide range of partners, including listed companies, government departments, major shopping malls, NGOs, and over 300 schools.\r\nIn 2023, our team represented Hong Kong at the 2023 International Forest Therapy Congress in Korea, where we presented successful case studies of nature connection practices in Hong Kong.\r\n\r\nWe believe that nature is for everyone.
